Ratner Construction is a Licensed & Insured Florida General Contractor - CGC045336 serving Gainesville and the surrounding areas. Steven Ratner has been a Certified, Licensed, Statewide Florida General Contractor since 1988.We have performed all phases of commercial construction from Miami to North Florida and in between. We have been in partnership with the University of Florida via a yearly contract since 2019. We are certified to do construction as a general contractor with the US government. We are members of the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce. We specialize in tenant improvements such as Bars, Dental offices, lawyer's offices, Classrooms, Retirement homes, Medical facilities, Assisted living, Apartments, Religious facilities, Office buildings, Educational, and many more.
We have experience in building custom homes and small commercial buildings.
